Merry Christmas everyone! It’s such a blessing to be here, and to share this day with the rest of the world. One of the most important days of my entire being – the day my Savior was born. If you’re celebrating Christmas, I hope that you remember the reason for the season. And if you’re reading this post and you come from different walks of life, I would still like to wish you a day filled with love, joy, peace and happiness.

You know it isn’t easy. For some, this time of the year might be awful. Maybe you’re spending it alone and you don’t have any family. Maybe you’re away from your family. Maybe a loved one is no longer with you or maybe this could be the most stressful time of the year. If you’re reading this post, its for a reason. I want to utterly fill your heart with warmth and love, and that if you’re reading this post from the loneliness of your bedroom or office, I am there with you and I bring you the gift of love. Eternal love.

I would like to take a second and just talk about why Christmas is my favorite time of the year. I love the warm feeling of receiving gifts. Being able to spend some quality time with family where they don’t have to worry about work or responsibilities. I even love the joy of being able to get away and go on holiday. But what I love most about Christmas is Christ. The gift that he gave to us on Christmas Day. There’s lights, there’s family, and while there may not always be a Christmas tree lit up in your home or the festivities of celebrating the birth of Christ, I want you to take a second to think about what you are thankful for? You’re family, your job?  Your pet, your new pair of shoes? You have gone through yet another year of hardships and yet you are still here. Have you impacted someone else life? Have you given someone a gift they will never forget. Maybe before the year is up, take a moment to impact someones life. Make a difference and give them the gift of thanksgiving.

I pray that you have a lovely day with friends and family. If you’re reading from the states or wherever it is cold – stay warm. And to all my peeps thats celebrating the summer, especially my South African’s, I will see you on the beach! Merry Christmas everybody! 🙂
