Lately I’ve been trying to clean my room out. I’m in the process of a major room renovation so finding all the space that I need in my tiny room is necessary. Finding space for my shoes is one of the biggest issues I’ve come across. I’ve become so use to wearing heels without platforms, that 80% of my heels don’t get worn anymore. To top it off, I’ve resulted in wearing flats more often just so I can get around easier. And getting rid of my heels is just completely out of the question!
Have you ever had that feeling where you’ve got such an amazing outfit in mind but no where to wear it? I feel like that 99% of the time and just result in wearing something super comfy and some sneakers. This is my fashion dilemma. LOL. But I really try to make an effort where and when I can. (I’ve gotta keep the BF guessing)
Getting rid of the things I don’t use can be hard sometimes, especially clothes and jewellery. More so, when you have an emotional attachment to it but it just doesn’t fit you anymore. I usually do these clean outs once a year and give my clothes to the homeless, a charity, or sometimes just a hand-me-down to one of my younger cousins. I save my evening dresses for anyone thats in need of matric dance dresses at the end of the year, so if you know of anyone looking, please holla at me! 😀
I’ve been lucky enough to have filled my wardrobe up with 60% of Tally Weijl items – If you hadn’t noticed that they’ve been having the craziest sales, then what are you doing with life?!
About my look
I love how these pieces I’ve put together makes me feel like I’m taking a stroll in Paris. Initially this was taken from the corporate range in the Tally Weijl collection but when I found this hat to go with my look, I was like why not.
What I love is that you can turn this simple, classy day look, into a complete night look simply by adding a dark lip and a pair of sexy heels.
This ankle grazer formal pants is everything right now. You can’t really see it in the images, but it’s high waisted and has such a lovely button detail underneath, making it super comfortable.
This anchor ancuff and phrep was sent to me by Paul Hewiit. It’s so hard to find Jewellery that fit my wrists because they’re so tiny, but this one just fits perfectly. Also, anchors are like my favourite thing so it’s a major bonus! #PaulHewitt #GetAnchored
I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with a great photographer, Kudzai Shereni. Such a humble hard worker and I’m so glad I can call him a friend. You will be seeing some of his work pop up on my blog now and again. So just a huge thank you to you Kudzai! 🙂
