Dipped in Pink & Left to Sparkle

On January 21st I had the privilege of attending the Launch party of one of the most amazing (and pretty) awareness campaigns #ThePinkTableProject.

The Wellness Trail owned by Cancer Wellness Advocate and Fitness Guru, Ryan Matheson presents the first-ever #ThePinkTableProject, where over a hundred restaurants across South Africa will host their own Pink Table Dinners on World Cancer Day, celebrated on Febuary 4th 2016 – which is this Thursday (2 more days to go!)

What is the Pink Table Project?

On World Cancer Day you can choose to dine at any one of the participating restaurants, contact them directly and ask to book a Pink Table. A cost of R100 per person will be added to your bill at the end of your evening. The theme is Dipped in Pink and Left to Sparkle, so you will be allowed to decorate your Pink Table anyway you like. There will be a prize awarded to the Best Dressed Table.

How can I get involved?

Gather up your friends, family and loved ones, challenge your colleagues and find your favourite participating restaurant. Simply make a reservation at any Pink Table restaurant for 4 people or more.

For more information visit their Facebook page #ThePinkTableProject, or find your nearest restaurant on Zomato under the collection #ThePinkTableProject! All relevant restaurant contact details are listed.

Proceeds raised go to the PINKDRIVE highlighting Breast Cancer Awareness and Early Detection.

Thanks so much for stopping by… I hope to see you at one of the participating restaurants this Thursday… If you decide to participate, let me know and I could join you. It’s a date!

Living The Dream Part 2 coming soon! Super excited for this one!
